- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (domestic)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (domestic)
- International Orders: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair extensions, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Please ensure that you:
- Review your order carefully before checkout.
- Verify your length, texture, and cap size before purchasing.
If there is a defect or error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will review the case and correct any confirmed mistakes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local postal carrier directly for assistance.
